Shawn & Jamie – May 2019

Just have to say thanks and shout out to Scott and Cameron at b.a.i.t. Fitness. Jamie and I have been going here for two months now 5 days a week for 1/2 hour per day. Jamie has gone from size 14 to a size 8 jeans and XL shirts to medium and down 15 lbs. and has gotten much stronger. When I started I was about to buy bigger pants because I could barely get the button to close. I have lost 20+ pounds now and gaining muscle and strength. We both are feeling great and much healthier.

We have tried all the crazy diets and do it yourself plans and nothing worked for us. This place is great they have classes all day 30-45 minute depending on when you go and you are done. All the trainers are awesome. Scott and Cameron are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Everything is high end and new! I have taken classes with Scott, Nick and Cheryl and happy with all of them. I feel like this place is a hidden gem located in Montgomery Village. One of the best features is there’s a ton of classes throughout the day or you can go in and get your own workout in. I’ve been to boot camp places and paid more that isn’t also an open gym. Highly recommend!

I have a lot of great things to say about this gym. I love the small intense classes. It feels like personal training but without the high cost of personal training. I like that the class times are usually 30-45 minutes. Short but intense and effective. And the equipment is new and high end, and super clean. I highly recommend Adrianne Messe classes….she is super motivating and really pushes you. I always leave feeling like I had an awesome workout!

Shelby – 2018

I’m having the best time getting myself whipped back into shape. The classes are fun and challenging but the time goes by so quickly. When done I feel like a (super sweaty) million bucks.
This gym is super friendly, clean as a whistle, and the trainers are above top notch. There are so many different classes to choose from that anyone can find their groove, I’m a bootcamp and TRX fan so far. Give the free class a try and I’ll bet you sign up on the spot!

Absolutely LOVE this place! I just drove by and saw the sign for a week free to check it out. I did a class with Scott, signed up and cancelled my membership with Montecito that I never went to. Nick is the man and 8:30 is my time… I am having fun again with fitness that I haven’t had for years!

Lyndsie – 2018

Can’t say enough great things about this gym! Everyone is very friendly and the workouts will kick your butt. Nick is amazing, if you’re looking for a personal trainer he’s your guy!!

Marian – 2017

I moved back to Santa Rosa after 8 years in San Francisco and struggled big time trying to find the right boot camp classes. I’ve tried at least 10 places and I never felt like any of the trainers worked with me to figure out my weaknesses and goals. Scott did this right off the bat and has been focused on getting me back to being a true athlete! I leave each class feeling motivated and challenged. I’m super excited to see how my body will change and how much stronger I will be after a few more months with Scott.

Pros:
* After work and lunch time classes (love the lunch ones!)
* Easy parking
* Great location (right across from Pacific Market)
* Scott can handle swearing 🙂
* Scott cannot handle excuses, which is a good thing because I’m full of them

Cons:
* Absolutely none!
